Celebrate Fall Cranberry Bread

You Will Need:

6 eggs

1 orange, zested and juiced (about ¼ cup zest and ¼ cup juice)

½ can unsweetened coconut milk

⅓ cup local raw honey

2 tablespoons virgin organic coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅔ cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 c. dried cranberries

How to Make It:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2.  Combine the wet loaf ingredients together, add in dry ingredients, including cranberries.

3.  Pour into a greased loaf pan or glass casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour or until center is cooked through.
