Give your kids a trail mix packed with nutrients that you KNOW isn’t loaded with refined sugars

Trail Mix

Shelled Pistachios

Unsweetened Carob chips (can use dark chocolate chips).

Raisins

Golden raisins

Roasted salted almonds

Sesame seeds

Mix together and store in airtight container
