Homemade Black Bean Hummus

This hummus is a great alternative to the traditional chickpea hummus

1 can black beans

½ c. olive oil

1-2 cloves minced garlic

Salt to taste

Place beans in food processor (can also pour in the juice from the can in the food processor), add olive oil and garlic. Blend until mixture reaches a smooth creamy texture, add salt to taste.
