Homemade Chickpea Hummus

Homemade Chickpea (Garbanzo Bean) Hummus

This 4 ingredient hummus is great for using as a veggie dip or for using as a spread on a sandwich or pita instead of mayo

1 can chickpeas

½ c. olive oil

1-2 cloves minced garlic

salt to taste

Place chickpeas in food processor (can also pour in the juice from the can in the food processor), add olive oil and garlic. Blend until mixture reaches a smooth creamy texture, add salt to taste.
