To answer your question, the race was great. The days leading up to it, I did my best to follow all of your guidance. We were staying in a hotel and eating in restaurants, so it was a little hit or miss, but I felt very well nourished going into it. I beat my expected times substantially. I had zero G.I. issues. Finished in under seven hours. So, very happy with how it all went.
