Overnight Oats

COLD OVERNIGHT OATS

This recipe is great for a summer grab and go breakfast. Make the night before and save yourself some hassle.

Ingredients

  1. Add the desired amounts of milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds and banana to a jar or container and stir well. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
  2. In the morning, add additional liquid if you’d like. In the morning you can top with some of the suggested items above; fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, protein powder, homemade granola, or coconut.
