Healthy Ranch Dressing/Dip
This dip is a great way to get in your probiotics and avoid all the msg found in a lot of store bought ranch dressings
1 ½ c. plain full fat yogurt (I use Dannon since it’s the only full fat yogurt I can find at the local store)
½ tsp. Chives
½ tsp. Parsley
½ tsp. Dillweed
¼ tsp.Garlic powder
¼ tsp. Onion powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
In a large bowl whisk all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate 30 min. before serving
